IRVINE, Calif. (April 15, 2011) – The Executive Next Practices Forum (ENP), a unique  “mastermind like”  group for C-level executives to review leadership and business strategy, will host Larry Emond, CMO of Gallup and Executive Publisher of Gallup Press to speak at its next session on the theme of leadership and engagement. The event, “Leadership & Engagement: Key Drivers for Growth and Results,” will be held on Thursday, May 5 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Taco Bell World Headquarters inIrvine,Calif.

“Leadership & Engagement: Key Drivers for Growth and Results,” will introduce the Leadership-Engagement-Profitability Equation, and provide a format for senior level leaders to develop new solutions to today’s business challenges. Emond will use the latest Gallup data on behavioral economics to show the ENP membership how to support and connect with employees.

The ENP gives its members a unique experience by implementing a highly-interactive session format with top-level speakers on inventive topics in strategic and tactical business practices.
