October 11, 2012: Leadership 2013 – The Next Generation of Leadership Development Featuring Energy Leadership
January 1, 1970 ( )
October 11th – Webster University Executive Center 8:00am-10:00am
Analysts estimate that $100 billion+ is spent on training and development every year. However, a study by Development Dimensions International (DDI) indicates that most of these efforts have made little measurable progress in the last six years. In fact, just 1 in 5 companies rated themselves as having a strong leadership bench. This unique working session and “case review” will examine how leaders can create the next generation of leadership development.

Who are we?:
OCLNextworks™ (Orange County Leaders NextWorks) are unique executive level leadership labs provided by an alliance of Webster University, Executive Next Practices Institute and Fox & Company. These sessions drill into “next business practices” in a belief that “doing it vs hearing it” provides top level executives greater insight and perspective on mission critical initiatives. All sessions are led by industry leaders and provide a peer to peer environment in which to review next practice case studies and real life examples. Attendance is restricted to qualified senior internal executives and their key advisors.
