Executive Next Practices Institute to Host Global Leadership Forum: “Emerging Trends and Next Practice Strategies for Multicultural/Generational Organizations”

IRVINE, Calif. (March 11, 2016)The Executive Next Practices Institute (ENP) will host “Emerging Trends and Next Practice Strategies for Multicultural/Generational Organizations – China, India, U.S., Europe,” on April 7 at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (601 Lexington Ave. Floor 26, New York, NY). This innovative event is intended for C-suite leaders, business owners, senior level HR and talent professionals alike.

Esteemed leaders from global industries will offer insights on: emerging trends in multigenerational workforces, using brain-based leadership techniques, finding top talent for multicultural organizations, building common brand identities, achieving ROI in diverse workforces, and collaborating in cross-cultural workplaces.
